Leading hospitality technology company, UrVenue, a solution that powers commerce, enhances the guest experience, and monetizes resort real estate by leveraging non-room inventory across all customer touchpoints in the booking and in-stay journey, announces the appointment of Nancy Nitsche as the Director of Sales. In her new role, Nancy will be focused on building a leading hospitality-focused sales operation.
Nancy joins UrVenue with over 20 years of management experience from small business startups to Fortune 500 companies and has held leadership roles at Caesar’s Palace, Paris Las Vegas, ARIA & Vdara Las Vegas, CityCenter Residential and Corporate MGM Resorts International.
As a proponent of new technology to enhance guest service and create efficiencies across the enterprise, Nancy sat on the Corporate MGM Resorts IT Committee. She oversaw 26 software systems that her teams used and launched the ‘first text for service’ program at a large-scale 4,000 room property.
Nancy joins UrVenue as the company is pursuing new growth opportunities, including the creation of UV Enterprise, offering the hospitality industry unified booking capabilities for resort experiences.
In one of her most recent roles, Nancy served as the Director of Concierge Strategy and Luxury Experience for MGM Resorts International and was responsible for the execution of the strategic direction and performance of Concierge operations for 14 properties that collectively drove over $94 Million in Sales and fielded over 1.1 million phone calls through the call centers operations annually.
In addition to serving on local association boards, Nancy sat on the Board of Directors for Les Clefs d’Or USA, representing over 600 members, affiliates, and vendors from four- and five-star properties across the United States. Les Clefs d’Or is an international professional organization of over 4,000 members in over 45 countries, making it one of the largest customer service and networking associations in the world.
