According to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitor Authority, visitors to the Entertainment Capital of the World had increased 4.6 percent yearly as of May 2024. Las Vegas remains one of the prime destinations for leisure travel today, supported by an 11.3-percent year-over-year increase in hotel revenue per available room. This shows consumers’ increased desire to travel has grown alongside their spending habits. According to Forbes, Las Vegas also set a new annual record for gaming revenue in 2023 after earning $15.5 billion, a 4.6-percent increase from 2022.

One of the secrets to Las Vegas’ success as a nightlife mecca is its mastery of non-gaming revenue, with casinos in Nevada generating roughly $29.8 billion from all amenities in 2023. Of that, Las Vegas nightclubs alone contributed approximately $1.5 billion, led by top venues like Hakkasan, XS, Omnia, and Marquee according to the LVCVA.

Via a trackable promotion, offer, or entry item (such as a drink ticket individually sent to a guest or a group that is redeemable by scanning a QR code at the bar or table and originating from UrVenue), Drai’s is enhancing its unparalleled nightlife entertainment experience.

The world-renowned LIV Las Vegas at the Fontainebleau is also leveraging this sales tool to attract patrons to its stellar line-up of A-list entertainment and VIP service. Before artists connect with their followers, UrVenue connects LIV guests with their table of choice while delivering their most desired upsell opportunities during booking and arrival. Live seating and customizable floor plan capabilities make it easy to draw any desired layout to meet customer demands, and operators can create them on the fly. 

Microsites and Custom Websites

Even before the sales process begins, UrVenue is helping these iconic entertainment establishments to design, build, and create custom content that matches their voice and high-energy style. Our in-house team of collaborators work with nightclub operators to develop websites with intuitive design and microsites attached to their club’s existing website, complete with revenue optimization tools that preserve and promote brand messaging. As part of our web solutions offering, UrVenue is boosting the quality and quantity of website traffic with increased search engine visibility, and our content-management system is equipping operators with master data about their nightclub outlets, events and performers.

VIP reservations at Tao Group’s Omnia Nightclub Las Vegas start with a booking platform powered by UrVenue, seamlessly integrated into a microsite that retains Omnia’s unique branding. This approach minimizes guest confusion by ensuring that the booking experience feels cohesive and consistent with Omnia’s high standards. By maintaining the nightclub’s branding throughout the process, guests enjoy a streamlined and familiar interface that aligns with the exceptional service they anticipate from Omnia.

Similarly, Zouk Nightclub at Resorts World Las Vegas had distinct operational needs, aiming for a custom-designed website to efficiently manage its nightclub operations. UrVenue not only supported these goals but also took a hands-on role in designing, launching, and managing Zouk’s online presence. This tailored approach ensured that Zouk’s digital platforms mirrored its brand identity while enhancing operational efficiency, ultimately leading to a more refined guest experience and better operational outcomes.

Guest Lists and Arrival Tracking

Nightclubs can’t thrive without keeping track of guest lists, which can be easier said than done at the largest party scene in the country. For this reason, UrVenue’s guest-list operations come complete with multidoor check-in tools that help staff accurately account for and manage customers on arrival. Guests can be checked in at the podium using an iPad, which accommodates both RSVP and walk-in guests reservations. Group parties are checked in through a live seating map and assigned to a corresponding location. Digital counters can also be provided to track traffic between areas in real time with data uploaded directly into UrVenue.

The Wynn Field Club is an “only in Vegas” experience located directly in Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders. Due to its colossal event space, venue managers rely on UrVenue to track and confirm customer arrivals, checking them in for any general admission events and/or table reservations, RSVP lists, all with scannable codes. Additionally, they have implemented UrVenue’s newest client service feature, incorporating 360 degree imagery of their venue space and seating views into their booking process and website commerce, enhancing the overall customer experience.
