Please read it carefully to understand our practices and your rights regarding your personal data. 1) Purpose for Data Storage

We collect and store data necessary to provide services through our venue, including:

2) Types of Data Collected

We may collect the following information, depending on the service used:

  • Date of Birth or Birthday
  • Details of your visit (e.g., budget, type of visit, date, table booking)

This token may contain identifiers like the last 4 digits of your card, but the full card number is inaccessible to us and stored securely by the payment processor.

4) Role as Data Processor

We act as a data processor, managing data on behalf of venues. Your data is not shared with or sold to any third parties.

6) Data Storage Locations and Third-Party Service Providers

Our cloud-based systems utilize services from providers such as Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure. These providers are carefully selected and adhere to strict data protection and security protocols to ensure that they only process data as instructed by us and do not have permission to use or access your data for their own purposes.

8) Explicit Consent and Withdrawal of Consent

When you provide us with personal data, we require your explicit consent for its collection, use, and sharing as outlined in this policy. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To withdraw consent or initiate any data privacy-related processes, please email us from the email address on record at privacy@urvenue.com.

9) Accessing and Updating Your Personal Data

Upon verification of identity, you can request a copy of all personal data we hold related to you. You can also request corrections to any incorrect data, which we will communicate to relevant venues. All requests must be initiated from the email address we have on file for you.

10) Future Privacy Enhancements

We continuously strive to enhance data protection by implementing user-friendly tools for reviewing and updating personal data, incorporating additional security measures, and keeping abreast of global privacy regulations to maintain compliance with the strictest standards.

11) Selling of Personal Data

13) Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We regularly review and update our Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices and service offerings, or as required by applicable laws and regulations. We will notify you of any significant changes through our website or through direct communication, so you remain informed about the information we collect and how we use it.

14) Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When deciding on retention periods, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, and the applicable legal requirements.
