The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas is a premier destination entertainment resort owned and operated by Morgans Hotel Group and equity partner DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. This landmark property offers a unique entertainment and gaming experience with all of the services and amenities associated with a boutique luxury resort hotel.

The Hard Rock Las Vegas has managed both their staff and promoters tightly and were looking for a system to fit their needs in order to achieve better control on their venues.

They decided to try UrVenue Management System for "Body English Nightclub" first, and it took them less than two weeks to decide using it for "Wasted Space" and "Rehab" as well.

Thanks to UrVenue, they were able to change their commission structure for their hosts to include bottle service spending.

The Hard Rock has been working closely with us to improve host and guest reporting; they were also our first costumers to link Infogenesis with UrVenue to automatically populate customer spendings.

Later on, when Andy Hersh left Hard Rock Las Vegas to manage the nightclubs at Hard Rock San Diego; he decided to bring UrVenue System to the clubs over there, becoming then the first users outside Las Vegas.
