When the Wynn decided to open XS on New Year's Eve with UrVenue powering their reservation as well as their seating, they offered us our ultimate proof of concept: 80 host and a guest list of 7,000 with over 200 tables to manage in real time (inside and outside) and get everyone inside in under 2 hours.

New Years went smooth and so did every day after that. 80 hosts are entering and managing their reservations to Tryst and XS through their phones or computers, seating is assigned efficiently one hour before opening, and a live seating map on a podium in front of the entrance gives them real time information of where the hosts are sitting people.
