UrVenue realizes that knowing how much a clients customers have spent is invaluable, not only does it give our clients more information about their customers but it gives them more control over host and employment performance as well.
For many of Urvenue's clients, customer and host management is so important that they have dedicated employees that enter customer spending data manually into UrVenue the next day. This is not an ideal solution and still involves the possibility of human error.
UrVenue developed a simple and efficient method to import the information from many POS systems into UrVenue. If a clients POS system has the ability to email a report at the end of night, then UrVenue will receive that email and write a parser for our clients report that will enter all the data provided by the clients POS into UrVenue. The data entered into UrVenue also allows clients to link the customer with the reservation and the host or promoter.
The more detailed the POS report, the more detailed reporting UrVenue can provide:
* Time arrived/left
* Amount Spent
* Comp Amount
* Table Number(s)
* Items purchased
If a client uses UrVenue's seating map then the POS reports will provide the table number and times. UrVenue will then automatically match the check with the reservation. To integrate your POS system it is a one time fee of $500.
