UrVenue offers clients the ability to have a custom seating map created of their venue. The seating map is a program that was created by Venue Management Systems to enhance the features offered by UrVenue.

UrVenue seating map is a program that allows for the reservations entered into UrVenue each day to be shared on a Flash map of the clients venue. This allows for real time table assigning and inventory.

Many of UrVenue's clients use the seating map to be able to enter more detailed information each table. For example: A customer makes a table reservation for 12 people, but only 8 show up, the seating map allows for this new information to be changed in real time, a new table to be assigned and new bottle minimum to be entered. It is an easier way in which to manage the data for your tables on a night by night basis.

The seating map is used by both small and large venues to make the entire process of tables and seating easier on a minute to minute basis.

In order to implement the seating map terminal there are some hardware requirements. Additionally, if you don't have a local server you will be limited to one station. Seating map development is a one time fee of $700.
