New Years is the most profitable night for most venues but managing table sales is almost impossible.

Imagine selling 100 tables through 10 different brokers, each at a different price. Today you must communicate with each broker individually for each table. When a table sells, you must tell all the other borkers it is no longer available, if you change pricing, you must notify them all.

This can become an impossible task. Venues are forced to price by larger sections instead of individual tables, change their pricing less and stop selling earlier than they want to so they do not over sell inventory. For important events like New Year's, this represents an important loss of potential revenue.
