Can I add reservations from my phone?
Yes you can. It is possible to add reservations with any mobile phone that supports web browsing. This is a very functional tool for promoters and other staff members since they can enter reservations at any time from anywhere.
Can I track the number of reservations made by each person?
Yes it is possible to track every page that is visited by a user and every modification to data is recorded. It also can be used as a tool to track not just the number of reservations but also the time when they were entered, making sure your staff does what they actually claim.
Can we have mulitple users access my venue?
Yes we offer the option for Unlimited Users which means no restriction on the number of employees logged onto the system at one time. This allows for multiple stations with access to Reservations, tables, etc.
We also offer the option to establish "Access Groups" to control what your employees have access to. Increases security and protects your data from unauthorized eyes. This is controlled by the system administrator.
Could the reservations system be linked to our own website and if so, what content could be managed?
Yes UrVenue Management System can be linked to your website.
Through our Content Management System (CMS) Features, you can manage all your websites content, such as:

Do we need special training to use the system?
Not at all. There is no need for special training. The software has been designed to make it easy for every user. It is very simple to use and it also has a tutorial help system to answer questions when needed, as well as a "how to" help system to guide new users until they get familiar with all UrVenue features.
Do we need to install any special hardware to be able to use UrVenue?
UrVenue System does not require any special hardware. It can be used with any computer that supports web browsing.
Some clients with larger venues or resorts could decide to use a "Local Server" when they don't want to rely on the internet, when they want as fast a connection as possible or when they want their data stored on location.
For smaller venues we supply our customer with one of UrVenue's own servers. All UrVenue servers run the same version and are all upgraded at the same time.
Is it possible to keep Frequent Clients information?
Yes it is. Our basic service allows you to enter new reservations into the system (current and future dates).
Additionally you are able to keep your clients information through our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Features.
CRM allows you to keep track of the following:
a) Guest History - Gives access to all reservations in the past and all past transactions for a specific customer.
b) Customer Statistics and Reporting -Track what customers spent, what kind of table, dates and other information.
c) Mobile Storm API - Create and blast email campaigns from customer database (require contract with Mobile Storm)
d) Create Mailing Lists - Create mailing lists based on any field in the contact database.
e) Customer Spending - Access to customers spending history.
Is it possible to link our POS system with UrVenue Reservation System?
Yes it is, UrVenue is compatible and can be linked to most POS Systems that are used in hotels, nightclubs, lounges, restaurants and resorts.
Is my data secure?
Yes absolutely.
The protection of our costumers' data is our top priority. Our Costumers own their data. UrVenue simply stores your data on its servers in the United States and makes it available through its interface. UrVenue is based on Internet Technologies with security as a primary concern regarding your data and other confidential information.
We use tools to ensure that this information is only available to or accessible by users approved by your administrator.
